This sub-decree aims to identify the organization and functioning of the sub-committees of the National Committee for Democratic Development at the sub-national level through the establishment of sub-committees under the NCDD and it also lays out the composition, roles, duties and working procedures of each sub-committee. This sub-decree has its scope of implementation within the framework of the democratic development reform at the sub-national level of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
