The Prakas is to establish "Rolum Tuek Khmao Tuek Sar" Community Protected Area of Kulen Promtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Reaksmei village, Yeang commune, Choam Ksant district, Preah Vihear Province, with a total area of 1,305 hectares. The aim of this establishment is to improve sustainable usage and management of natural resources and contribute to the livelihood improvement of the local communities according to the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia
