Letter to the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction on the second inputs to the new Draft Land Law
Open Development Cambodia Organization (ODC) sent an official letter to the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction regarding the second input to the new Draft Land Law. On 16 February 2024, ODC and the working group sent the first input on the draft Land Law to the ministry. Recognizing that some of the comments are important and not yet included in the first input, ODC and the working group carefully reviewed and organized further consultation discussions to gather the inputs on this draft Land Law.
