Sub-Decree No 07 on the establishment of biodiversity conservation corridor of natural protected areas
The Royal Government has set up a biodiversity conservation corridor of the area of 1,427,940 hectares of natural protected areas to ensure the stability and security of the ecosystem and to maintain the environment. This corridor includes the northeast biodiversity conservation corridor with the area of 757,661 hectares, the north biodiversity conservation corridor with the area of 500,810 hectares, and the biodiversity conservation corridor of the Cardamom Mountains covers the area of 169,496 hectares.
