This sub-decree was issued with the decision of reclassifying 12,016 hectares of public land as state private land, situated in the sustainable use zone of Bokor Preah Monivong national park in Kampot and Preah Sihanouk province and registered for the Ministry of Environment. This reclassified land was granted to SoKha Hotel company for development, in accordance with the contract on the land lease for project development of Preah Monivong Bokor national park, issued on 18th May 2007.
