To ensure that Cambodia reaches the development goals that have been identified in the Rectangular Strategy – Phase III, the Royal Government will implement its development policies and strategies in an effective and coherent manner. These policies and strategies must, in turn, be associated with a rigorous framework for monitoring results and a commitment to development effectiveness. In addition, and to further strengthen the Royal Government’s ownership and leadership over the national development agenda, Cambodia has joined with a wide range of development actors at the global level to establish the Busan partnership for development effectiveness.
