This law aims to: ensure the independence of the judiciary; ensure the impartiality and protect the rights and freedom of the people; ensure the good functioning of the court and prosecution; promote effective and fast public services to ensure justice in all kinds of cases to increase people's trust and contribute to strengthening social security.
