Town Planning Act No.3 B.E. 2535 (1992)

This Act is an improved version, adding the provision allowing the local officials and the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning to revise and extend the duration of enforcement of a comprehensive plan and increase the number and the duties of the advisory board, as well as amending the provisions so as to allow the local officer to use its discretion in the planning and making a specific plan. With the changing circumstances and environment, this will further benefit town planning.
