Inter-ministerial Prakas no. 379 on measures to prevent and suppress the counterfeiting of origin of goods for the export of certain goods to the United States market

The joint objective of this Prakas is to prevent and suppress the counterfeiting of the origin of goods and to promote the transparent implementation of the law on rules of origin for the export of certain goods to the United States market.
