Prakas no. 110 on announcement of opening and closing of enterprises and establishments

This announcement describes the owner or director of an enterprise or establishment, as stipulated in Article 1 of the Labour Law, who must prepare and submit a request for an announcement to open an enterprise or establishment to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training before the enterprise or establishment is fully opened.
