Water Resources Act, B.E. 2561 (2018)

The allocation, use, development, management, maintenance, rehabilitation and conservation of water resources and rights in water shall be as provided in this Act except that in the case where any law specifically provides for the allocation, use, development, management, maintenance, rehabilitation and conservation of water resources and rights in water in any matter, such matter shall be pursued in accordance with such specific law insofar as it is not contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act
