This report presents the findings from a research project that looked at the interconnections between water and climate change in the lower basin of the Mekong River in Southeast Asia. The project focused on the hydrological impacts of climate change and adaptation strategies in the Tonle Sap area of Cambodia and the Mekong Delta of Vietnam. The report focuses on climate change scenarios, hydrological impacts, livelihoods and local adaptation strategies and adaptation policies, and identifies possible future research and action.
