Webpage capture on the news article of an under-construction building that collapsed in Kep

These webpage captures show the news article about the under-construction building that collapsed, killing 36 people and injuring 23 others. Workers were living on site. The building had only been permitted to build up to five stories but had been built to seven stories. The building’s owners were arrested and released on bail on January 6. BWTUC and Central called for a thorough investigation and stricter enforcement of building standards. The government resisted calls for the provincial governor to be fired. The outcome was that the court launched an investigation. On January 13, 2021, when the court was inspected to announce a verdict, it instead ordered a reinvestigation, delaying the judgment. BWTUC said the decision was delaying justice.
