Circular no. 1815 on measures to prevent some illegal activities related to the internet cafe business

To eliminate the illegal activities, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications would like to inform all operators, state-owned and private companies, as well as all distribution branches and all Internet cafe business owners who are currently or are preparing to open their businesses throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia, to follow the instructions as stated in this circular.
