Law on management usage and handling of state properties

Law on management usage and handling state properties were deployed which was approved by the assembly, on 6th October 2020, during the 5th and 6th Session of the National Assembly Meeting and the senate finished the revision on 26th October 2020. This law aims to manage, use and handle all kind of state properties in a way to ensure effectiveness, efficient, transparency, accountability, consistency, lawful, integrity, and sustainably by establishing a base of legal framework and institution for purpose of contributing to the merit of economic development, society, environment, and civilization of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
