Prakas no. 313 on the delegation of duties and rights to provide certain public services from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications to the Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia

This Prakas assigns the duties and rights to the Telecommunications Regulator of Cambodia to grant radio frequency licenses, telecommunications licenses, telephone numbering usage permits, and website usage permits (.kh), as well as issue certificates of work on behalf of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
