Sub-decree No. 07 on cutting the land of 6,000 Hectares from the natural protected areas and reclassifying state public land into state private land for the Implementation of social land concessions for the landless located in Roveak and Me Mom villages and Dei Klob village, Sok San commune, Koh Nhek district, Mondulkiri province through the coordinate system as Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 and granted ownership to Mondulkiri land management committee to manage and authorize with law and regulation.
