Cutting 50.8667 ha of land in Taveng village of Taveng leu commune in Taveng district of Ratanak Kiri province from ELC of Krong Pok Aphivath Caoutchouc; Reclassifying 46.8920 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 29 families; Reserving 3.9747 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 40 private land parcels.
