Sub-decree No. 131 on ​​Boeung Ta Mok reformation (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh

Sub-decree No. 131 delineates the government decision on the cutting land of ​151,420 square meters, of which the first location is 32,833 square meters, located in Kob Srov Thom Village, Sangkat Kork Roka, Khan Prek Phnov, Phnom Penh, and the second location is 118,587 square meters in Phsar Lech Village, Sangkat Prek Phnov, Khan Prek Phnov, Phnom Penh, pursuant to the sub-decree No. 20 dated 3 february 2016 on defining the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) with an area of ​​3,239.7 hectares located in Phnom Penh, which is the state public property with the coordinate system as Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 and reclassify as the state private land.
