This sub-decree shows the area of ​​78,314 (seventy-eight thousand three hundred and fourteen) square meters located in Phsar Lech village, Sangkat Prek Pnov, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, as defined in Sub-Decree No. 20, dated February 3. 2016 on the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) with an area of ​​3,239.7 hectares located in Phnom Penh as state public property and reclassification as state private land. Land size 78,314 (seventy-eight thousand three hundred and fourteen) square meters in Phsar Lech village, Sangkat Prek Pnov, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, offered to Say Sophea.
