Sub-decree no.262 on the modification of Choeung Ek lake and canals in Mean Chey and Dangkor districts, Phnom Penh capital city, and Takmao district, Kandal province

This sub-decree shows the land cutting of 58167 square meters located in Sangkat Chak Angrae Leu and Chak Angrae Kraom, Meanchey district, and Sangkat Dangkao and Dangkao district, Phnom Penh, as defined in sub-decree no. 124. Issued on September 3, 2008, on the demarcation of Choeung Ek Lake and canals in Meanchey and Khan Dangkao, Phnom Penh and Takhmao districts, Kandal province, as public property of the state through the coordinate system Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984, as shown on the map And the table of appendices attached to this sub-decree is to be privatized into state private land and grant ownership to Leang Khun and Thai Chea Huot.
