This sub-decree shows the area of ​​46,477 (forty-six thousand four hundred and seventy-seven) square meters located in Sangkat Prek Phnov, Khan Prek Phnov, Phnom Penh, as defined in sub-decree No. 20, dated February 3, 2016 on determining the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) with an area of ​​3,239.7 hectares located in Phnom Penh as a state public land, reclassified as state private land, handing over 46,477 (forty-six thousand four hundred and seventy-seven) square meters to Say Sophea.
