Bittersweet harvest: A human rights impact assessment of the European Union's Everything But Arms initiative in Cambodia

Equitable Cambodia, Inclusive Development International (IDI) and the Hands off the Land Alliance conducted an ex post human rights impact assessment (HRIA) of the EBA initiative in Cambodia. This assessment intends to identify the linkages between industrial sugarcane development in Cambodia and the EBA initiative, and documents forced evictions and other human rights abuses that have occurred in this industry.
