Integrated rodent management in outbreak-prone upland rice growing areas of Northern Laos 2015

There were serious outbreaks in the uplands in the wet seasons of 2008 and 2009 that led to un-bearable conditions for rural families (World Food Programme, 2009). Houaphanh province was affected in both years, whereas PS experienced an outbreak in 2008 only (Douangboupha et al.,2010). This was confirmed by villagers during the RCA
