Plan to attract, manage and use ODA capital and preferential loans in the period of 2016-2020

On June 21, 2016, the An Giang provincial People's Committee issued the Plan No 312/KH-UBND on attracting, managing and using ODA capital and preferential loans in the period of 2016- 2020.

The target of the Plan is to take advantage and use effectively ODA capital and preferential loans from donors to carry out investment in essential infrastructure for economy and society to contribute to economic development towards sustainable orientation, improve capacity to approach services of health and education for the people; Promote administrative reform, improve the operational efficiency of the agencies; implement environmental protection to cope with climate change and the plan of green growth.
