Lesson Learned of the White Building Redevelopment

This document details on the resolution procedures of the development impact from the beginning until reaching the consensus between the residents and the company, compensation agreement and demolition process that ensures the environmental protection. This book is also useful for relevant stakeholders in solving housing problems for poor people and those with low incomes, especially as the mechanisms and procedures used were based on good governance.
