Organic agriculture and food processing in Cambodia, status and potentials

A report on the status and potential of the production, processing and marketing of several organic and chemical-free food products in Cambodia. The report examines rice as the most important sector; and also look at organic cashews, vegetables, pepper, fruits and palm sugar products. The authors first introduce Cambodia's organic farming movement and the definition of certified organic products; they then address each of the sectors in detail.
