IWRM-based basin development strategy for the Lower Mekong Basin

The IWRM-based Basin Development Strategy (the Strategy) is a statement of the Lower Mekong Basin (LMB) countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam) setting out how they will share, utilize, manage and conserve the water and related resources of the Mekong to achieve the goals of the Agreement for the Cooperation for the Sustainable Development of the Mekong River Basin, signed on 5 April 1995 (the 1995 Mekong Agreement).
