A presentation about the costs and benefits of transborder cooperation to a Cambodian community, using the case study of Stung Treng province. The presenter describes the profile of the Stung Treng province, including key occupations of the population in the Mekong and 3-S region. The presenter then describes the status of hydropower developments and their implications in terms of costs and benefits to the community. Presented at the Transboundary Cooperation Workshop 3, 20-22 January 2010, Vientiane, Laos.
