Draft​ law​ on​ financial​ management​ 2023​ allows​ for​ the​ collection​ of​ revenue​ into​ the​ national​ budget,​ taxes,​ contributions,​ revenues,​ as​ well​ as​ the​ implementation​ of​ investment​ subsidies​ and​ borrowings​ according​ to​ the​ budget.
