The announcement letter was issue by the Department of Payment System Management, Bank of Laos to Phou si company to inform that their business activities is not accordance with the Decision on piloting digital assets no. 888 which has 2 components in order to receive the authorization such as 1. Crypto mining must be through the Ministry of Technology and Communications; and 2). Crypto trading must be licensed by the Bank of the Lao PDR.
