The purpose of the service is to increase the convenience for individuals who need to apply for a permit to build cell towers in the Kingdom of Cambodia, increase the efficiency of managing the construction of the cell towers and the installation of radio communication equipment on the cell towers, as well as to ensure safety, aesthetics, and reduce risks that may arise from the construction of the cell towers.
