Law Adopting the ASEAN Multilateral Agreement on the Full Liberalisation of Air Freight Services
Each contracting party grants to the other contracting parties the follwoing rights for the conduct of international air freight services by the designed airlines of the other contracting parties: (1) the right to fly across its territory without landing, (2) the right to make stops in its territory for non-trafic purposes, and (3) the rights otherwise specified in this agreement, including those rights stated in the implementing Protocol 1 and 2 of this Agreement.
