This​ sub-decree​ defines​ the​ management​ of​ the​ organization​ and​ operation​ of​ the​ national​ statistical​ system​ in​ order​ to​ formulate​ a​ formal​ statistical​ policy​ for​ the​ establishment​ and​ management​ of​ an​ integrated​ national​ statistical​ system.
