Cutting a total land of 534.74 ha in Krang village of Kwarv commune in Chikreng district of Siem Reap province: 531.99 ha from economic land concesssion of Sophorn Theary company; and 2.75 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 359.29 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 154 families; Reserving 175.45 ha for community forest and population growth; and Granting ownership to 195 private land parcels.
