This sub-decree aims to determine the mechanisms and procedures for the identification of persons with disabilities according to social norms and the basic rights to design and manage a system for identifying persons with disabilities in a consistent standard through information technology and the identification of persons with disabilities to make it easier for people with disabilities to receive benefits from the social protection system and other social services with equity and environment in accordance with the policy of the Royal Government.
