Cambodian​ Human​ Rights​ and​ Development​ Association​ (ADHOC),​ Cambodian​ Center​ for​ Human​ Rights​ (CCHR)​ and​ the​ Solidarity​ Center​ have​ collaborated​ to​ collect​ data​ and​ compile​ a​ report​ on​ fundamental​ freedoms,​ including​ freedom​ of​ assembly​ and​ association​ and​ freedom​ of​ expression,​ from​ 1​ April​ 2019​ to​ 31​ March​ 2020,​ with​ the​ participation​ of​ national​ and​ international​ organizations,​ donors​ and​ representatives​ of​ various​ embassies​ in​ the​ country.​ The​ information​ contained​ in​ this​ report​ is​ compiled​ using​ a​ systematic​ database​ of​ data​ sources,​ both​ quantitative​ and​ qualitative.
