The main objectives of establishing the M&E Framework for the implementation of the Cambodia Industrial Development Policy (IDP) include: (1) To prepare a comprehensive system for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the IDP. (2) To determine the process, methodology, mechanism, and responsible institutions for reporting, managing, and analyzing data, and for preparing monitoring and evaluation reports. (3) To identify challenges and risks in monitoring and evaluation.
