The life of the business project is a major issue for investment in the business and depends on the amount of mineral resources in the location of the business project, which is estimated to be able to guarantee the production of construction stone in 35 years, equal to the amount of 1050000 meters of cube stone and 90 meters of height, which is to be taken against the sea level.

In this construction stone business, the company employs 25 employees, all of whom are local employees (Khmer nationality).

The company will determine, plan, monitor, and record the training program of staff/workers working on site. The training will include understanding and competencies related to: drilling, blasting, and crushing techniques; understanding of the types of solids and how to store them safely and adhere to environmental principles; water use; responsible and economical lighting; understanding the importance of using protective equipment during operation; understanding of first aid methods; understanding of the use of all equipment and machinery on site with high safety and efficiency; use of fire extinguishers and fire extinguishing methods; potential risk management; and awareness of the benefits of local environmental resources.

In the environmental development plan, the project owner will prepare and outline key measures to prevent and mitigate any negative environmental impacts caused by the project at any stage before, during, and after project completion. This is to ensure efficient management of the environmental resources in the area, following the techniques and guidelines provided by the Department of Environment. The Ministry of Environment, in collaboration with relevant institutions, will monitor, examine, and ensure compliance with the environmental management plans and verify the results of the company's environmental management plan implementation.

The company has set a number of measures to restore and contribute to local livelihoods. For example, the company will repair the roads that are damaged and noisy due to the project activities. Clean all solids and liquids from the construction site before closing the project in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Environment and the Provincial Department of Mines and Energy.

The company has prepared a fund package in two parts: the first part has a budget of USD 5,000 for 10 years, equal to USD 500 / year to help improve the quality and standards of the environment in the region and the first part. 02 has a budget of USD 5,000 for 10 years, equivalent to USD 500 / year to participate in the rehabilitation and development of local or community infrastructure such as ponds, roads, schools, and pagodas.
