The company shall collaborate with General Department of Mineral Resources to pass out the working program and other plans which will be implemented including: Determination of working program, Geological data collecting and preparing the geological report, Training program and Technical transferring, and other related working program.

The company agreed to provide side training for two officials from General Department of Mineral Resources, who will be transferred to temporarily work with the company in order to gain more experiences on the mining development sector in Cambodia. The company also agreed to provide the proper allowance and accommodation for those two officials during the training.

60 (sixty) days after being signed, this MoU shall be terminated if the company misses to join the General Department of Mineral Resources to collect geological data in the allowed areas.
