Health Strategic Plan 2025-2034 (HSP4) was developed in ways that responded to: firstly, attaining Cambodia’s Vision 2030/2050; secondly, aligning health goals with a key priority for human capital development; thirdly, achieving Cambodia Sustainable Development Goals 2030 (CSDGs); and fourthly, addressing effectively and efficiently ongoing and anticipated health challenges.
