The objective of this law is to enhance access to Pharmaceutical Products for public health by granting compulsory licenses for production, exportation, and importation of Pharmaceutical Products in cases of National Emergency or Extreme Urgency or Public Non-Commercial Use or any other public health circumstances that are defined by the Ministry of Health.
