Master Plan for Information and Communication Technology in Education 2009 – 2013 was designed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in close collaboration with development partners in the education sector, including technical and financial support. The master plan is an implementation tool for the Education Strategic Plan 2009-2013 and outlines an implementation plan to integrate technologies into the education system as a way to ensure they are used in an efficient and sustainable way.
