Resolutions No. 21 NQ/TW about Population work in the new stage was issued by Central Executive Committee, at 6th Congress 12th Central Executive Committee. General bjectives: Address simultaneously and thoroughly issues of population size, structure, distribution, and quality in a mutual relationship with social economic development. To maintain stable fertility rate; to bring sex imbalance at birth to natural rate; to utilize the gold population structure; to adapt to aged population; to achieve proper population distribution and to enhance population quality, altogether fosters sustainable economic development.
