This Prakas aims to define the policies and procedures for the management of tax collection on petroleum operations. This Prakas applies to taxpayers who conduct oil operations within the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as other areas for which the Kingdom of Cambodia has sovereign rights.
