EIA draft laws aims to establish mechanisms for environmental impact assessments caused by all development projects. The draft law consists of 14 chapters with a total of 96 articles. EIA draft law outlines responsible units, payment procedures, punishments, environmental monitoring and strategic environmental assessment of the EIA.
