Issuing the regulation on inspection of the transportation, production and business of timber and forest products, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, issues this decree. Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP of November 1, 1995 of the Government providing for the functions, tasks, powers and organization of the apparatus of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Pursuant to the Law on Protection and Development of Forests of August 12, 1991; At the proposal of the Head of the Rangership Department and the Head of the Forestry Development Department.
