The decree determines the principles, regulations and measures on the management, monitoring and inspection of tasks related with climate change, to prevent, protect and decrease the potential impacts of climate change, with the aim to ensure the safety of lives, health, properties, environment, biodiversity, and infrastructure. This also includes the connection with regional and international stakeholders, to contribute to the socio-economic development towards the sustainbility and green growth.
