To realize the president's decree on fees and charges, no. 002, on 17/06/2021 Ministry of Resources and Natural Environment (MoNRE), has issued instructions "on fees and charges sector resources and natural environment", No. 3662 / MONRE, 3rd August 2021 as a reference for the sector central and local organizations implement a uniform, complete, accurate to provide revenue to the state budget law.
