Circular No.03 on the Preparation of Strategic Budget Plan 2022-2024

Within the framework for the reform of public financial management, the quality enhancement and efficiency of strategic budget planning are important measures for improving the efficiency of budget allocation. Public Financial Policy Framework 2022-2024 prepared on the basis of the macroeconomic policy framework with the focus on improving the budget strategy pursuant to the Rectangular Strategy - Phase 4, which gets involved with the agenda of the socio-economic development policy of the Royal Government of the 6th mandate of the National Assembly and is going to be planned in three years, together with other resources that are expected to be received from development partners or other sources practicalism in the framework of economic recovery after the Covid-19 crisis.
